About me

Hi, I’m Andrej – Slovakian born, UK based photographer, passionate about the craft of close-up photography – which, admittedly, may sound scary for many but that’s where my work starts – my aim is to turn this around and make you feel and look comfortable so that it shows in the photograph. So that you can present the best version of yourself in a single frame (or more than one for that matter).

I’m based in Grantham, Lincolnshire
(just 1 hour from London by train, about £30 return ticket).

I can, of course, travel to you if that’s more convenient – covering Lincoln, Nottingham, Leicester, Peterborough, Cambridge and beyond.

What I’m always after is the change for the better. I will be your guide, helping you craft your external image. This will have an impact on the internal image and it all will be reflected on the photograph.

This is when the magic starts to happen and with a bit of help, guidance and smart lighting, you’ll look like you do on your good day – and even better. And not just look – you’ll feel better about yourself too.

And by doing so, the resulting image will be representing you the way you need it to, improving your personal brand so that people perceive you as capable, confident, knowing what you’re doing and yet friendly and easy to deal with.

The facial expression and body language are picked upon automatically because we all make an initial judgement (consciously or subconsciously) right or wrong within just seconds of seeing one’s photograph.

Every one of us should make the right first impression. Let me help you with yours.
